Responsabilités Superviser les opérations comptables et financières quotidiennes Gérer le grand livre ainsi que les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles Préparer et réviser les états financiers et rapports financiers Superviser la comptabilité des coûts de fabrication, les stocks et les contrôles internes Participer à la préparation des budgets, prévisions et analyses financières Fournir des analyses et recommandations financières à la direction Superviser et soutenir l’équipe comptable Assurer la conformité aux normes comptables et exigences réglementaires Compétences et exigences 5+ ans d’expérience en comptabilité, idéalement dans un environnement manufacturier Solide expérience en comptabilité de coûts, information financière et contrôles internes Excellente maîtrise des principes comptables et de l’analyse financière Titre CPA, CMA ou équivalent requis Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe Expérience avec Sage 300 et excellente maîtrise d’Excel Fortes capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et de résolution de problèmes Excellentes aptitudes en communication et collaboration Capacité à travailler sur site au centre-ville de Montréal ------------------------------------- Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations Manage general ledger, month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and review financial statements and financial reports Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, and internal controls Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Provide financial insights and recommendations to management Supervise and support accounting staff Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Skills & Requirements 5+ years of experience in accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment Strong experience with cost accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience with Sage 300 and advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work on-site in downtown Montreal
