Finance Manager Responsabilités Gérer les clôtures mensuelles, les budgets, les prévisions et le reporting financier pour un portefeuille de sociétés. Analyser la performance, les KPI, les risques et les opportunités d’amélioration. Préparer les revues d’affaires mensuelles et trimestrielles pour la haute direction. Développer des stratégies visant à améliorer la rentabilité et le rendement des investissements. Participer aux processus d’acquisition et de cession d’entreprises. Assurer la conformité aux politiques corporatives et aux exigences statutaires locales. Maintenir et améliorer les contrôles internes et coordonner les audits annuels. Superviser et développer les équipes comptabilité, FP&A, AR et AP. Bâtir une équipe finance performante et favoriser l’amélioration continue. Soutenir les implantations NetSuite et identifier les possibilités d’automatisation et d’optimisation des processus. Compétences / Exigences Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance, économie ou domaine connexe. CPA ou ACCA atout. 5+ ans d’expérience pertinente, dont 2+ ans en gestion d’équipe. Expérience dans un environnement multi-entités et avec plusieurs parties prenantes. Bonne connaissance des processus financiers et des contrôles internes. Expérience avec NetSuite ou un ERP similaire atout. Excellente maîtrise d’Excel. Fortes capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et de gestion des priorités. Autonomie et capacité à gérer les risques tout en maintenant l’efficacité opérationnelle. Excellentes aptitudes en communication. Anglais courant obligatoire; bilinguisme français/anglais atout. Develop strategies to improve profitability and return on investment. Participate in acquisition and divestiture processes. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local statutory requirements. Maintain and improve internal controls and coordinate annual audits. Lead and develop Accounting, FP&A, AR and AP teams. Build a high-performing finance team and drive continuous improvement. Support NetSuite implementations and identify automation and process improvement opportunities. Skills / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. CPA or ACCA an asset. 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of team management. Experience in a multi-entity environment with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls. Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP an asset. Advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to manage risk while maintaining operational efficiency. Excellent communication skills. Fluent English required; French/English bilingualism an asset. Legally authorized to work in Canada.
