Responsabilités Réaliser des analyses financières, prévisions, budgets, scénarios et analyses de rentabilité. Préparer des rapports, présentations et indicateurs de performance pour la direction. Participer à des projets stratégiques liés aux acquisitions, à la croissance et à la transformation de l’entreprise. Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, coordonner les parties prenantes et assurer le respect des échéanciers. Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations aux processus financiers et opérationnels. Participer à l’optimisation des systèmes, outils d’analyse et tableaux de bord. Soutenir les initiatives d’expansion aux États-Unis, notamment les analyses financières et la mise en place de nouvelles structures. Exigences et compétences Baccalauréat en comptabilité. Titre CPA obligatoire. Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente. Expérience en comptabilité par projets obligatoire. Expérience dans le secteur de la construction, de l’ingénierie ou dans un environnement axé sur les projets. Expérience en acquisitions, intégration, croissance ou transformation d’entreprise, un atout. Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et bonne connaissance des systèmes ERP et outils d’analyse de données. Expérience avec Power BI et/ou Acumatica, un atout. Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de gestion des priorités. Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément. Excellentes habiletés de communication et de collaboration. Manage multiple strategic and operational projects while coordinating stakeholders and meeting deadlines. Identify and implement improvements to financial and operational processes. Support the optimization of ERP systems, analytical tools and dashboards. Support U.S. expansion initiatives, including financial analysis and the development of new financial and operational structures. Requirements & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA designation is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Project accounting experience is mandatory. Experience in construction, engineering or a project-based environment. Experience with acquisitions, integrations, business growth or transformation is an asset. Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of ERP and data analytics tools. Power BI and/or Acumatica experience is an asset. Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.

A bachelor's degree in accounting, a mandatory CPA designation, at least five years of relevant experience, and project accounting experience are required. Candidates should have experience in a project-based industry, advanced Excel and ERP knowledge, strong analytical and organizational skills, and fluency in spoken and written French and English; Power BI, Acumatica, and acquisition or transformation experience are assets.
