Chef Comptable - CPA ou en voie d'obtention

Notre client, une entreprise reconnue, est à la recherche d’un(e) Chef(fe) comptable afin de se joindre à une équipe dynamique. Relevant du directeur des finances, la personne titulaire du poste sera responsable de la comptabilité mensuelle, du suivi budgétaire, des prévisions financières ainsi que de la préparation des dossiers de vérification pour les actifs immobiliers assignés. Responsabilités Compiler, analyser et valider les informations financières provenant des gestionnaires immobiliers et partenaires. Coordonner la collecte mensuelle des données financières et assurer leur exactitude. Effectuer la révision des conciliations mensuelles et de fin d’exercice. Superviser les rapports financiers et de gestion et analyser les écarts versus les budgets approuvés. Coordonner les opérations de trésorerie. Superviser le processus budgétaire annuel et les prévisions financières. Préparer les dossiers de vérification annuelle. Assurer l’application des contrôles internes. Présenter les résultats financiers et budgets aux clients internes et externes. Répondre aux demandes des clients et participer à la préparation des rencontres. Participer à différents projets spéciaux. Qualifications & Compétences Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité. Titre CPA. Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de gestion des priorités. Fortes aptitudes en analyse, résolution de problèmes et amélioration des processus. Excellent service à la clientèle et habiletés relationnelles. Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers dans un environnement dynamique. Bilinguisme français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit. Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel. Connaissance de HOPEM et YARDI, un atout. -------------------------------- Our client, a well-established company, is looking for an Accounting Manager to join a dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the successful candidate will be responsible for monthly accounting activities, budget monitoring, financial forecasting, and the preparation of audit files for assigned real estate assets. Responsibilities Compile, analyze and validate financial information from property managers and partners. Coordinate the monthly collection of financial data and ensure accuracy. Review monthly and year-end reconciliations. Oversee financial and management reports and analyze variances against approved budgets. Coordinate cash management activities. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Prepare files for annual audits. Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures. Present financial results and budgets to internal and external stakeholders. Respond to client requests and support client meetings. Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience. CPA designation. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with HOPEM and YARDI is an asset.
