We’re looking for an Accountant to support our continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a collaborative and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Financial Operations Management: Oversee daily financial activities, including meticulous bookkeeping and payments Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Efficiently record bills, prepare and reconcile payments Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Handle invoicing, collections, and reconciliations Month-End Closure: Skillfully prepare trial balances, generate reports, and compile materials for the monthly closing of company books Reconciliations: conducting daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations, ensuring alignment of data Payroll Support: Assist in administering payroll processes accurately and promptly Budget Coordination: Develop, manage, and track the global budget, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints Cash Flow Management: Deliver daily cash flow reports and forecasts Tax and VAT Preparation: Prepare and submit tax and VAT reports Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in interaction with banks, tax authorities, auditors Preferred knowledge of IFRS Analytical Prowess: Possess strong analytical abilities and excellent Excel skills Language Proficiency: High-level proficiency in English Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior accounting role is preferred Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems, is advantageous Team Collaboration: Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills CPA qualification will be considered as an advantage What’s offered: Competitive salary + bonus + benefits Great team and career growth opportunities 📍Greater Area Toronto, Canada 📩 Apply now or message us for more details!
