Overview Languages English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year Experience 1 year to less than 2 years On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems Maintain general ledgers and financial statements Post journal entries Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports Reconcile accounts Review bids and negotiate costs Monitor financial control systems Maintain financial records Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure Collect and analyze financial records of a business, such as financial statements, budgets, projections and sales data Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments Analyze financial documents and reports Prepare reports and audit findings Assist in preparing annual budgets Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge MS Excel MS Office Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Attention to detail Fast-paced environment Tight deadlines Personal suitability Accurate Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Analytical Benefits Health benefits Health care plan Financial benefits Bonus Group insurance benefits
