The Corporate Accountant will manage the full spectrum of investment accounting, including daily bookkeeping and financial statement preparation for a diversified portfolio. They will also coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors while maintaining internal controls and optimizing accounting systems.

The Accounting Analyst will maintain financial spreadsheets, update budget and forecast files, and manage P&L reports for hotel operations. They will also create ad-hoc reports and utilize AI tools to support the operational team.
