Job Responsibilities * Provide support for property management, facilities and project teams * Assisting in the preparation and coordination of sales, lease and other legal documents * Managing and coordinating bookings * Assisting in the preparation of reports and other documents * Point of contact for vendors, tenants and prospective purchasers * General office administrative support * Accounts payable for multiple entities * Project costing accounts payable * Credit card reconciliations * Assist in reconciliations as required * Other duties as required Opportunities for Growth This position comes with the opportunity to grow in various areas of the business, including: * Marketing * Property management * Office management * Sales/lease support * Legal and investor coordination * Facility management support Success Factors & Qualifications * Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to effectively manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Naturally curious with a willingness to dive in, learn quickly, and develop a thorough understanding of projects and business operations. * Demonstrates a strong work ethic, growth mindset, and team-first attitude, with a willingness to support tasks of all sizes. * Maintains the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. * Experience in office administration and/or accounts payable across multiple entities or projects is considered an asset. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and QuickBooks experience is considered an asset. * Strong attention to detail, including the ability to work accurately with documentation. * Experience with legal documents is an asset. * Enthusiastic about contributing across multiple areas of the business and supporting evolving business needs.
