Working closely with Senior Staff, Managers, and Partners, you will contribute to client engagements and gain experience across accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, and client service. You will be encouraged to ask questions, learn from experienced team members, and take on increasing responsibilities as you develop your skills. This role is ideal for an accounting student looking to build practical experience and gain a better understanding of a career in public accounting. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of Canadian personal income tax returns and related tax documentation Provide support to Senior Staff, Managers, and Partners on a variety of accounting and tax engagements Communicate with clients to obtain required information and documentation for assigned engagements Assist with bookkeeping and accounting activities for clients, including businesses and professional proprietorships Organize and maintain client files and supporting documentation while assisting with other accounting and administrative duties as required Candidate Requirements Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a post-secondary Accounting program Strong interest in pursuing a career in accounting, taxation, or public practice, with completion of a Canadian Tax course strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality work Strong technical and computer skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Benefits Firm-sponsored social events and team-building activities Mentorship program with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals Extensive training and ongoing support to build accounting and tax knowledge Hands-on experience in accounting and tax, with opportunities for career development How To Apply Please upload your resume and cover letter here.
