Support senior living residences with billing issues, collections, and accounts receivable processes, including resident billing, reconciliations, month-end closing, deposits, refunds, and payment processing. Monitor billing accuracy, rate increases, census data, and overdue accounts, while maintaining procedures and providing support and training to residence management.

Lead the accounting team and ensure accurate, timely monthly financial reporting, including reviewing financial statements, journal entries, balance sheet accounts, and variances. Maintain accounting standards and internal controls, support audits and clients, and lead financial aspects of property integrations and business transactions.
