We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities Process customer invoices and apply payments accurately and in a timely manner Assist with payroll processing, including reviewing timesheets, verifying payroll information, and ensuring accurate and timely processing Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment arrangements Prepare AR reports and support month-end close processes Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role Post-secondary education in accounting, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not required) Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be available to work five days per week, including Saturdays What We Offer Competitive hourly wage: $21–28/hour depending on experience Company pension plan with employer match up to 8% Free on-site parking Health and dental benefits package Supportive and team-oriented work environment Industry Food and Beverage Services Employment Type Full-time
