Position Summary: Chief Isaac Group of Companies is seeking a highly organized Accounting and Sales Administrator to support both the financial and sales operations of our fuel company. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, processing sales transactions, and supporting customer accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with both accounting tasks and sales administration in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking. • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and customer accounts. • Assist with monthly financial reports and bookkeeping tasks. • Maintain accurate records of fuel sales, service charges, and inventory transactions. • Support payroll preparation and expense tracking as required. • Ensure financial data is organized and compliant with company policies. Sales Administration • Process and track fuel orders, customer accounts, and sales documentation. • Prepare and send customer invoices, quotes, and sales reports. • Maintain customer databases and update pricing or contract details. • Support the sales team with order processing, scheduling, and follow-up communication. • Coordinate with operations or dispatch regarding deliveries and service requests. Customer Service • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing, fuel orders, and account status. • Assist customers with account setup, credit applications, and payment questions. • Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors. Skills & Qualifications • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration. • Experience supporting sales operations or order processing. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with financial information. Preferred Skills • Experience in the fuel, transportation, logistics, or energy industry. • Knowledge of inventory tracking, fuel pricing, or delivery coordination. • Familiarity with ERP or fuel management systems.
