The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of indirect tax, and experience handling audits and CRA inquiries. Responsibilities{{{{:}}}} Prepare, review, and file timely and accurate indirect tax returns (HST, GST) in applicable jurisdictions. Reconcile tax reports and general ledger accounts; resolve discrepancies with Finance and AP teams. Support tax audits, respond to notices, and provide documentation to tax authorities. Maintain and update tax rates, codes, and rules Monitor and interpret changes in indirect tax legislation and assess their impact on the company. Assist in indirect tax planning, compliance strategies, and process automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new business initiatives, product rollouts, and system implementations to ensure proper tax treatment. Document processes and maintain up-to-date indirect tax policies and procedures Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or other tax-related certification preferred) 3+ years of experience in indirect tax compliance, preferably in a multi-jurisdictional environment Solid understanding of indirect tax laws and regulations Strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Benefits Competitive Salary Healthcare Benefit Package Career Growth
