Key responsibilities and oversight: Lead complex financial reporting activities in accordance with IFRS. Manage and oversee consolidation processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly and annual audits. Develop and maintain technical accounting policies, ensuring alignment with changing standards. Support M&A integration activities, including acquisition accounting and PPA. Provide guidance on revenue recognition policies and practices. Facilitate onboarding and training of finance team members, fostering a high-performance environment. The successful candidate will possess the following: CPA designation with public company audit and/or reporting expertise. Proven management experience, ideally with direct oversight and leadership of teams. Strong technical expertise in IFRS, acquisition accounting/PPA, and revenue recognition. Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to liaise effectively with senior leadership and external auditors. Experience with reporting processes for complex and high-growth organizations.
