Your Daily Contribution & Impact: * Prendre en charge et analyser les soldes débiteurs. * Valider les transactions en double et assurer leur correction. * Effectuer la conciliation des comptes du grand livre des comptes à payer. * Aider à l’analyse des états de comptes fournisseurs dans un environnement à fort volume. * Produire le rapport de contrôle des paiements. * Élaborer et produire des rapports BI à des fins d’analyse financière. * Répondre aux demandes et questions des fournisseurs de façon professionnelle et proactive. * Répondre aux différentes questions des parties prenantes internes. * Préparer, traiter et assurer le suivi des paiements (virements, chèques et transferts bancaires / wire). Expertise & Essential Skills: * Détenir une expérience de 6 à 9 ans en comptes à payer ou dans un rôle similaire. * Excellente connaissance du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (bilinguisme requis). * Très bonne compréhension des processus des comptes fournisseurs (payables). * Solide esprit analytique et capacité à interpréter des données financières complexes. * Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft, niveau intermédiaire, avec une connaissance avancée d’Excel. * Expérience en analyse de transactions et en gestion d’écarts ou d’irrégularités. Aptitudes et habiletés * Grande autonomie, sens de l’initiative et excellent sens de l’organisation. * Aptitude marquée pour la recherche, l’analyse et l’investigation afin d’identifier les causes des écarts. * Capacité à résoudre efficacement les litiges fournisseurs avec diplomatie et professionnalisme. * Rigueur, souci du détail et respect des normes et procédures. * Excellentes habiletés en communication et relations interpersonnelles, tant avec les fournisseurs qu’à l’interne. * Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités, à respecter des échéanciers serrés et à s’adapter à des changements de priorités. * Forte capacité à travailler en collaboration et en équipe dans un environnement dynamique. Requirements

Candidates should have 6 to 9 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounts payable processes. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required, along with advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
