About The Opportunity The Accounting Administrator provides accounting and administrative support that contributes to the efficient operation of a Finance team and office. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing financial administration with general office support while working collaboratively with multiple departments. What You'll Do Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities. Assist with month-end accounting processes. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Prepare reports and reconcile financial information. Respond to routine accounting and administrative inquiries. Provide general administrative support that contributes to the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Occasional travel to other Boundary Group locations throughout the Lower Mainland may be required to support business needs. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Two to five years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting administration experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while producing accurate work. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience working with accounting or ERP software.
