Responsibilities: * Manage and execute the end-to-end payroll process for all employees using payroll systems such as Ultipro, PeopleSoft, and ADP Enterprise. * Ensure compliance with Canadian federal and provincial payroll tax laws and regulations, including accurate calculation and remittance of payroll taxes. * Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and garnishments, while adhering to company HR policies. * Lead, train, and supervise the payroll team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing. * Collaborate with HR to support performance review processes and address payroll-related employee inquiries and issues promptly. * Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors. * Prepare and submit required payroll reports to internal stakeholders and government agencies in a timely manner.
