Learn more at avenge.ca Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role supports our growing volume of invoices and requires someone who thrives in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment with the discipline to work independently and accurately. This position will be based out of Grande Prairie, Alberta. This is an in-office role; no remote or hybrid arrangements are available. What You'll Do Process high-volume accounts receivable data entry with accuracy and efficiency Verify invoicing details with managers across multiple locations Track, report, and communicate with clients and internal colleagues via email Meet deadlines independently, with minimal supervision Support additional finance and administrative duties as needed What You Bring 2 years of AR experience in the oil and gas industry (required) Payload experience is strongly preferred Familiarity with oil & gas invoicing platforms such as Axon, Open Invoice, or Dynamics 365 (asset) Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High school diploma; oil and gas administration certificate is an asset Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Why Join Us? What you’ll do

The Accounts Receivable Administrator will process high-volume accounts receivable data entry, verify invoicing details, and track and communicate with clients and colleagues. The role requires meeting deadlines independently and supporting additional finance and administrative duties.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of accounts receivable experience in the oil and gas industry, with familiarity in invoicing platforms being an asset. A high school diploma is required, and an oil and gas administration certificate is preferred.
