Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end Canadian payroll processing while supporting payroll compliance, year-end activities, system improvements, and future growth initiatives. Location: Milton, ON (4 days in office, 1 day remote) Salary: $80-90K What You'll Be Doing Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for 500+ employees Manage payroll changes including hires, terminations, leaves, bonuses, adjustments, and deductions Lead year-end payroll activities including T4s, RL-1s, reconciliations, and filings Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll legislation across multiple provinces, including Quebec Support payroll audits, reporting, and payroll-related inquiries Participate in payroll system enhancements, testing, upgrades, and future payroll transformation projects Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as the organization continues to grow What We're Looking For 5+ years of progressive Canadian payroll experience Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees Strong working knowledge of UKG OR ADP Hands-on year-end payroll experience Experience supporting employees across multiple provinces, including Quebec Strong understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and compliance Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment undergoing growth and change Experience supporting payroll implementations, system upgrades, or migrations is an asset PCP or PLP designation a strong asset If you are a payroll professional who enjoys ownership, continuous improvement, and helping organizations scale, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements
Requires at least five years of progressive Canadian payroll experience, including processing payroll for 500 or more employees and hands-on year-end work. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, experience supporting employees across multiple provinces including Quebec, and working knowledge of UKG or ADP; PCP or PLP certification and implementation or migration experience are assets.
