G Mitchell, a HVAC Distributor in operation since 1985, is looking for candidates for filling a full time Administration position at their facility in Ville Saint-Laurent.

Job description

Receptionist

  • Answering phones 6x lines very busy in high season (Panasonic system)
  • Rapidly identify customer need and transfer with courtesy to appropriate internal resource
  • Develop a relationship with clients and provide high standard of communication

Administration

  • Accounts payables : Data entry, preparing invoice for approval, filing when paid
  • Invoices: Mailing
  • Information management: Follow up on shop drawings, Letters of denunciation to contractors, Upload pricing information from Excel to Acomba
  • Office management: Stocking and ordering office supplies, In charge of printers, copiers and phone system programming

Required qualifications

  • DPS in Secretarial Studies, Office Automation, Accounting, Automated Accounting and Finance
  • Advanced English and French oral and written
  • The ability to translate French & English documents
  • Advanced in Excel
  • Proficient with Acomba
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Excellent stress management

Working conditions

  • Salary $35K- $40K upon experience
  • Small and dynamic company
  • Easily accessible via public transportation
  • Working hours: 8am to 5pm
