JOB DESCRIPTION

The Invoicing Supervisor - Customer Service coordinates and oversees the Invoicing Customer Service department. He also validates work carried out by five clerks and manages all client and distributor billing-related activities.

More specifically, the Invoicing Control Supervisor - Customer Service:

  • Plans, manages and controls department activities;
  • Distributes work and oversees the quality and efficiency of the personnel's work; ensures deadlines are met by providing necessary support;
  • Ensures processing of all weekly and monthly closing transactions;
  • Approve transactions from his department;
  • Checks and validates requests for adjustments and credits by various departments;
  • Acts as liaison with other departments in all accounting-related matters;
  • Supervises input of manual invoice data and provides assistance to that end;
  • Fills out employee time sheets, plans and organizes the schedule and arranges vacation replacement;
  • Ensures department supervision during the absence of other supervisors;
  • Sees that company policies and procedures are applied;
  • Analyses requests and needs regarding the processes and systems;
  • Makes sure to understand the business processes, suggest alternatives and defines the action plans;
  • Recommends solutions to improve the operations efficiency and correction of the problems;
  • Participates in the methods and procedures optimisation;
  • Build the training plans and update the user's guide;
  • Collaborates and provides expertise on special projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • You cumulate three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience;
  • Bilingual: spoken and written French and English;
  • Autonomous, resourceful, able to manage priorities;
  • Diplomatic and courteous, with strong communication skills.
