Arobas Personnel is presently looking for an accounts payable coordinator for a client located in Ville St-Laurent.



  • Coordinate the Accounts Payable workload.
  • Lead weekly meetings with buyers to resolve issues preventing invoice processing.
  • Respond to different requests from suppliers.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries for accruals.
  •  Support the Finance team in achieving the objectives of monthly disbursements that affect working capital by maintaining trustworthy relationships with suppliers.
  • Other tasks to support the team’s objectives could involve:
  • Entering invoices in the system by ensuring that prices and quantities are identical to the supplier purchase orders.
  • Reconciling account statements.
  • Creating and updating vendor master files.
  • Issuing weekly payment batches.




  • DEC in administration (finance option) with significant experience 
  • Bachelor in accounting or in business administration - accounting profile
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management of accounts payable in a manufacturing company
  • Advanced  knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge in ERP systems (Oracle is an asset).
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Leadership skills are essential.
  • Team player.
  • Must work well under pressure.
  • Must be bilingual (French and English).
